What Omniva Is and How It
Works
- Omniva is
a postal and logistics company operating across the Baltic countries
(Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia).
- Parcel machines (pakomats) are automated lockers where parcels can be
sent or received 24/7, without visiting a post office.
- You can send parcels via parcel machine or
courier, and receive them either the same way or directly to your door.
How to Send via Parcel Machine
1.
Registration
o
You can register
your parcel online via the Omniva e-service.
o
Or use the
terminal directly — select “Send parcel”, enter the recipient’s details, choose
the size, and pay.
2.
Packaging and Label
o
The parcel must
be securely packed.
o
Attach the
printed shipping label or barcode sticker.
3.
Place in the Locker
o
Choose the locker
size (S, M, or L).
o
Insert your
parcel, close the door, and confirm the shipment on screen.
How to Receive a Parcel
1.
Notification
o
Once the parcel
arrives, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a six-digit door code.
2.
Pickup
o
On the screen,
choose “Receive parcel”.
o
Enter the code,
wait for the locker to open, take the parcel, and close the door.
3.
Storage Period
o
Parcels are
stored in the parcel machine for 7 calendar days.
o
If not collected
in time, the parcel is returned to the sender (the sender
covers return costs).
Sizes, Weight, Delivery Times,
and Limits
- Maximum weight: up
to 30 kg.
- Locker sizes:
• S — 9 × 38 × 64 cm
• M — 19 × 38 × 64 cm
• L — 39 × 38 × 64 cm - Domestic delivery: usually
within 1–2 working days.
- Between Baltic countries: 2–3 working days.
- Delivery might take longer on weekends or public
holidays.
- For oversized parcels (> 30 kg), courier
delivery is required — they cannot be placed in parcel machines.
Order processing in the online store takes place within 24 hours.

Select your bank or card and confirm the payment.
After a successful transaction, you’ll be redirected back to our website, and your order will be confirmed.
Security
All payments are made over a secure connection. The store does not receive or store your card details — payment processing is handled entirely by Paysera.
Commission
Payments made through Paysera come with no additional fees (unless your bank applies its own charges).
Refunds
In case of a return, the funds will be refunded using the same method as the original payment — via the Paysera system.
