Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. To do so, you must notify us by email and complete a return request form.

2. Return Conditions
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all components and proof of purchase.
• The product must not show any signs of use: scratches, dirt, damage.
• Returns are possible for the entire shipment or for individual items (if they are not included in the exceptions).
• If the returned product is in proper condition, the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

3. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Opened or used cosmetic products (gel polishes, bases, tops, liquids, etc.)
• Products that come into contact with skin or nails if their packaging is damaged
• Individually ordered or personalized products
• Products with a short shelf life

4. Return of Defective Goods
If you have received a damaged or defective product:
• Notify us immediately and attach photographs
• Return or exchange is done at the seller’s expense
• You have the right to choose replacement, repair (if applicable), or a refund

Refunds will be made using the same payment method, within 14 calendar days after the returned product is received.

5. Return Procedure
• Notify us of your intention to return the product
• Complete the return request form and attach photos of the product and packaging
• Send the form and a copy of the purchase receipt to the store’s email
• Pack the product, including the form and a copy of the payment document
• The courier or postal service will deliver the package back
• After checking the product, we will process a refund or exchange

6. Warranty
Electronics (lamps, devices, extractors, etc.) are covered by a warranty:• Individuals: 2 years

• Individuals: 2 years
• Legal entities: 1 year

In case of a defect, you have the right to exchange or refund.
