Terms and Conditions of Use for the NAILZ.LV Online Store

Inženieru Street 91, Ventspils, LV-3601, hereinafter referred to as the
"Online Store," provides goods and services through its website in
accordance with the following terms and conditions.
1. General Provisions
The use of the website and the placement of orders are
considered remote contracts in accordance with the legislation of the Republic
of Latvia, including:
• Consumer Protection Law;
• Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 512 "Rules on Distance
Contracts";
• The Civil Code of Latvia concerning general obligations.
By placing an order, the customer confirms their agreement with these terms.
2. Placing Orders
Prices and specifications of the products are indicated on
the website under each product.
To place an order:
• Add items to the cart;
• Fill in all required fields;
• Choose the delivery method.
The total cost of the order, including delivery, is displayed before
confirmation.
The contract is considered concluded after the successful payment for the goods
to the online store's bank account and pressing the "Place Order"
button or any similar button on the website confirming the customer's agreement
with the terms and the order.
3. Payment
The currency of the transaction is Euro.
Available payment methods:
• International payment system: Paysera.
Personal data necessary for payment is transferred to the licensed payment
institution Paysera.
If the order cannot be fulfilled, the online store will notify the customer and
refund the money no later than 14 days.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available to the following countries:
• Latvia
• Lithuania
• Estonia
The customer can choose delivery via:
• Omniva courier service;
• Package lockers through the Omniva service.
The customer is responsible for all taxes and fees related to receiving the
order.
Delivery time: 2–5 business days for Latvia, 3–7 business days for Lithuania
and Estonia. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days,
with prior notification to the customer.
The customer agrees to the longer delivery times before placing the order.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase
within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities and goods that, by
law, are non-returnable (e.g., personal hygiene products, cosmetics, etc.).
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
• The product must be used only for its intended purpose and must not show
signs of use;
• The original packaging and product appearance must be retained;
• The withdrawal form must be sent within 14 days after receiving the product.
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the returned
product.
6. Product Not Conforming to the Contract
We guarantee that the goods purchased in our online store
conform to the terms of the contract, meaning that they must:
• Be of good quality, functional, and safe for use;
• Conform to the description provided on the website;
• Have all necessary certificates and comply with safety standards.
If the product does not conform to the contract, for example, it:
• Has a factory defect;
• Does not match the description on the website (e.g., product features, color,
size, and other parameters);
• Does not work properly (e.g., does not turn on, does not perform its
functions, does not match the stated specifications);
You are entitled to a exchange, or refund of the product.
7. Warranty
For electrical products (lamps, devices, extractors, and
other equipment), the following warranty is provided:
• For individuals: 2 years;
• For legal entities: 1 year.
In case of malfunction, you have the right to repair, exchange, or receive a
refund in accordance with the warranty conditions.
8. Personal Data Processing
The online store processes the personal data provided by the
customer when placing an order (name, surname, email, address, etc.) to fulfill
the contract and the legitimate interests of the store.
Data is provided to transport companies for the delivery of goods.
With consent for marketing communications, email may be used to notify about
new products and promotions.
The customer has the right to:
• Access their data;
• Correct or delete data;
• Restrict processing;
• Withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are resolved through negotiations between the
customer and the online store.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia or the Consumer Protection
Center of Latvia.
The customer may also contact the EU dispute resolution bodies.
10. Account Deletion
To delete an account, a request must be submitted.
Account deletion will be carried out within 14 days from the date of the
request.
